THINGS YOU CAN DO TO HELP
If you notice your tamāiti is having difficulty with their communication, learning or development, have a kōrero with someone who knows your tamāiti well, such as kaiako, or other whānau members.
ASK QUESTIONS LIKE
• Have they noticed the same things?
• Are the kaiako using any strategies that you could also use at home? It can make a big difference when mātua & kaiako are using the same strategies.
